UNUJA Postgraduate Students Make Achievements at ISEC 2025 International Conference

Probolinggo, March 13 – Three Postgraduate students from Nurul Jadid University (UNUJA) have once again made Indonesia famous in the international arena. They successfully passed the selection and presented their research at the IEEE Integrated STEM Education Conference (ISEC) 2025. A prestigious academic conference held in Princeton, New Jersey, United States. Articles presented at this conference will be published in the IEEE Xplore indexed scientific journal, and become an important reference for the global academic community.

ISEC is known as an international event that brings together academics and researchers to discuss innovative approaches in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
The three UNUJA Postgraduate students who successfully achieved this achievement are; Febriyanti Ghayatul Qushwa with research entitled Local Values ​​as a Catalyst for Technology Integration in Quality Assurance. Izzatul Munawwaroh with research entitled AI-based Career Management to Improve the Quality of Decision Making in Higher Education and Rizkiyah Hasanah with research on E-Kinerja in Bridging Performance Gap and Personalized Employees' Services in Tertiary Education.

Director of UNUJA Postgraduate Program, Dr. H. Akmal Mundiri, M.Pd., gave high appreciation to the three students. "This achievement is extraordinary. Not only does it make UNUJA proud, but it also shows that Islamic boarding school-based universities are competitive at the global level. This is real evidence that UNUJA continues to develop as an excellent academic institution and contributes to the development of science," he said. 

In line with that, the Head of the Islamic Education Management Masters Study Program, UNUJA Postgraduate Program, Dr. Abu Hasan Agus R, M.Pd., also expressed his pride. "This success is an extraordinary achievement that proves that our students are able to compete on the international stage. Hopefully this achievement will inspire other students to continue to work and develop their potential," he said. 

The success of the three UNUJA Postgraduate students is proof that the academic quality they bring is able to compete with research from various countries.
