Nurturing Independence in Children: Tips and Strategies for Parents Towards Great Children and Smart Mothers.

On August 1, 2023, a parenting training organized by KB AL-CHOLILIYAH in Karanganyar, Paiton, Probolinggo, successfully improved the quality of the relationship between parents and children. The one-day training was attended by dozens of parents from various backgrounds. In this training, participants were provided with knowledge and practical skills in educating their children using positive and effective approaches. The training materials included strategies for effective communication, emotion management, conflict resolution, and the importance of providing support and understanding to children.

The head of PAUD Al-Choliliyah, Chodijatus Sholihah, S.Pd, stated, "This institution has greatly benefited from this training, especially for the parents, as they now better understand how to communicate with their children effectively and tackle the challenges in their upbringing." In addition to theoretical lessons, the parenting training also included discussion sessions and simulations of real-life situations, allowing participants to practice what they learned in their daily lives.

Dr. Sri Astutik Andayani, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kes, the resource person for the training, emphasized, "The quality of the parent-child relationship significantly affects the overall development of the child. This parenting training aims to support parents in understanding their children better and providing a positive environment for their growth."

This activity is also a follow-up to the collaboration between the Graduate School of Universitas Nurul Jadid in Paiton, Probolinggo, and KB AL-CHOLILIYAH in Karanganyar, Paiton, Probolinggo, which has been well-established. This collaborative follow-up is an important step in maximizing the benefits of the partnership and helping to create a sustainable and mutually beneficial working relationship for all parties involved.
