Probolinggo, November 9, 2023 - Universitas Nurul Jadid (UNUJA) Probolinggo warmly welcomed a benchmarking visit from the Darussalam Islamic Institute (IAIDA) Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching from Blokagung Banyuwangi on Thursday, November 9, 2023. This visit focused on the management of postgraduate finances and facilities, and it was a follow-up on the collaboration in education and institutional management between the two institutions.
Participants from Universitas Nurul Jadid included several key figures, such as the Vice Rector I for Academics and Human Resources, the Vice Rector II responsible for financial management, the Director of Postgraduate Studies, the heads of the Master's programs in Islamic Education Management (MPI) and Islamic Religious Education (PAI), as well as the Chairperson of the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM). Representatives from the Public Relations and Cooperation Division and the Facilities and Infrastructure Division of Universitas Nurul Jadid were also present.
The event began with a warm welcome from the hosts, enthusiastically receiving the IAIDA delegation. An intensive discussion followed, addressing various aspects of postgraduate financial management and the improvement of facilities as efforts to enhance the quality of higher education at both institutions.
During the visit, participants had the opportunity to directly observe various workspaces, from the offices of the Rector, Vice Rectors, Directors, to the heads of units at Universitas Nurul Jadid. This provided a clear picture of the infrastructure and administrative systems implemented by UNUJA.
The Vice Rector II of Universitas Nurul Jadid, who is also responsible for university finances, stated, "We are pleased to share our experiences and best practices in postgraduate financial management. We hope this visit marks the beginning of closer cooperation to jointly enhance the quality of education at both institutions."
The head of the IAIDA delegation positively welcomed this collaborative effort, saying, "We appreciate the hospitality and openness of Universitas Nurul Jadid. We believe this visit will provide significant benefits for both institutions in the future development of education and institutional management."
This event represents a concrete step in strengthening the collaboration between Universitas Nurul Jadid and the Darussalam Islamic Institute, creating sustainable synergy to improve the quality of higher education in Indonesia.
