Paiton – The Postgraduate Program of Universitas Nurul Jadid (UNUJA) has once again demonstrated its commitment to maintaining and enhancing the quality of educational services through the dissemination of the Student, Lecturer, and Educational Staff Satisfaction Report for the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. This activity was organized by the Institute for Supervision and Quality Assurance (LPPM) of UNUJA as part of a systematic effort to ensure higher education quality through continuous evaluation.

The dissemination activity was conducted online on Thursday, April 23, 2026, and was attended by all leadership elements and members of the academic community of the UNUJA Postgraduate Program. The session was delivered by the Postgraduate Quality Control Unit, represented by Dr. Abdullah, M.Pd., who comprehensively presented the results of the satisfaction survey, accompanied by Bradhiansyah Tri Suryanto, M.Pd., Head of the Quality Assurance Division. The event was also attended by the Director of the Postgraduate Program, Dr. H. Akmal Mundiri, M.Pd., along with all Heads of Study Programs at both Master’s (S2) and Doctoral (S3) levels, as well as permanent lecturers within the UNUJA Postgraduate environment.

The presentation revealed that the results of students’ perceptual evaluations of lecturers in the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year achieved a highly commendable rating, categorized as “Very Good” with a percentage of 85.45%. This achievement reflects the quality of the teaching and learning process, the professionalism of lecturers, and the effectiveness of academic interactions that have been implemented optimally.

Furthermore, the dissemination forum also highlighted several recommendations for improving the satisfaction survey instrument, including the refinement of assessment indicators to ensure greater specificity and measurability, the adjustment of language to enhance respondent comprehension, and the strengthening of evaluation aspects based on the actual needs of students, lecturers, and educational staff. These improvements are intended to ensure that future results are more optimal, valid, and concrete, thereby serving as a robust basis for institutional decision-making.

In his remarks, the Director of the UNUJA Postgraduate Program, Dr. H. Akmal Mundiri, M.Pd., emphasized that this achievement represents a collective accomplishment that deserves appreciation, while also serving as an indicator of the successful implementation of the internal quality assurance system. He further stated that these results not only constitute an internal source of pride but also serve as a strategic asset to strengthen the competitiveness of the UNUJA Postgraduate Program at the external level, including in accreditation processes, public trust, and institutional partnerships.

Internally, the survey results will be followed up through strengthening lecturer capacity, improving the quality of academic services, and optimizing learning systems based on student needs. Externally, the UNUJA Postgraduate Program will leverage these achievements to build strategic partnerships, enhance institutional reputation, and expand academic contributions at both national and global levels.

In closing, the Head of LPPM UNUJA, Moh. Furqon, M.Kom., emphasized that this dissemination activity aims to ensure that all elements of the academic community understand the results of quality evaluations in a transparent and accountable manner. He also stated that the primary objective of this initiative is to foster a sustainable quality culture (continuous quality improvement) within the UNUJA Postgraduate environment.

Moreover, he underscored that follow-up actions based on the survey results will be implemented through measurable quality improvement programs, periodic monitoring and evaluation, and the strengthening of data-driven quality assurance systems. Thus, sustainable quality is not merely a conceptual aspiration but is concretely embedded in every aspect of educational implementation within the UNUJA Postgraduate Program.
