Follow-Up Action of MoU Between Postgraduate Program of UNUJA, PERMAPENDIS East Java, and UIN KHAS Jember

On Saturday, November 11, 2023, the Postgraduate Program of Universitas Nurul Jadid (UNUJA) held a concrete step as a follow-up to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Association of Islamic Education Managers (PERMAPENDIS) East Java and the Islamic State University of Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember (UIN KHAS). This event marked an important moment for implementing collaboration in the field of Islamic education.

To enrich the experience and knowledge of students, the Postgraduate Program of UNUJA invited Prof. Dr. H. Khusnurridha, M.Pd., an expert in the field from UIN KHAS Jember, to be the speaker for the Guest Lecture. Prof. Khusnurridha will discuss the crucial topic of "Human Resource Management in Education." The event will take place in the Aula Wisma Dosen Universitas Nurul Jadid, starting at 09:00 AM WIB.

The event will be attended by all students of the Postgraduate Program of Universitas Nurul Jadid enrolled in the Master's program in Islamic Education Management. The course instructor for Human Resource Management in Education, Dr. Abu Hasan Agus R, M.Pd., will also accompany this event to ensure a maximal experience for the participants.

With this activity, it is hoped that students can gain deeper insights into human resource management in the context of Islamic education, as well as expand their networks with practitioners and experts in the field. The MoU between the Postgraduate Program of UNUJA, PERMAPENDIS East Java, and UIN KHAS Jember serves as a strong foundation for forming sustainable collaboration.

All parties involved hope that this collaboration will not only enrich the academic knowledge of students but also contribute positively to the development of Islamic education in East Java and its surrounding areas.
