Outstanding Achievement by UNUJA Postgraduate Student: Published in a Scopus-Indexed International Journal

Wednesday, May 28, 2025 — Nurul Jadid University (UNUJA) has once again achieved a proud milestone on the international stage. One of its students from the Master’s Program in Islamic Education Management (MPI), Putri Fahmadia Dinda Maulida Thohir (Student ID: 2352600025), successfully published her scientific article in a reputable Scopus Q3-indexed international journal, TEM Journal.

The article, titled “Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction from ROI in Pesantren: A BPS-Mediated Study”, was officially published on May 27, 2025, and can be accessed through the following link: TEM Journal, Volume 14, Issue 2.

In her research, Putri Fahmadia explored the topic of service quality and customer satisfaction within Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), using a Return on Investment (ROI) model mediated by the BPS method. The theme is highly relevant and engaging, particularly in the context of developing professional and sustainable management in pesantren institutions.

Dr. H. Akmal Mundiri, M.Pd., Director of UNUJA Postgraduate Program, expressed his utmost appreciation for the student's outstanding achievement. He stated, “We are extremely proud of Putri Fahmadia’s success. Publishing in a reputable international journal is not an easy feat. This accomplishment proves that UNUJA postgraduate students are capable of competing at a global academic level.”

Furthermore, he hopes this achievement will serve as an example and motivation for other students to remain enthusiastic in conducting research and publishing their work. “May this success inspire the entire UNUJA academic community to keep creating, developing scientific knowledge, and bringing pride to our university on both national and international levels,” he added.
