Paiton, June 4, 2024 – The Postgraduate Program of Universitas Nurul Jadid (UNUJA) conducted a Boot Camp for International-Standard Journal Article Writing Training over two days, on Tuesday and Wednesday, from June 4 to 5, 2024. The event took place at the UNUJA Faculty Lounge and was attended by 40 participants consisting of UNUJA students and lecturers from various other higher education institutions.
The Director of the Postgraduate Program at UNUJA, Dr. H. Hasan Baharun, M.Pd., delivered a welcome speech and officially opened the event. In his remarks, Dr. Hasan Baharun emphasized the importance of improving the quality of journal article writing to strengthen Indonesia's scientific position on the global stage.
Participants in the training included not only students from UNUJA but also from various other educational institutions such as:
Focus on CCTES: Controversy, Change/Transformation, Trend, Emergency, Solution
The training program highlighted five key aspects known by the acronym CCTES: Controversy, Change/Transformation, Trend, Emergency, and Solution. Participants received material ranging from Introduction, Literature Review, Research Methods, to Research Results.

The mentors provided intensive guidance to participants in writing international-standard journal articles, sharing their experiences and practical tips for producing articles that can be accepted in high-reputation journals.
Expectations and Objectives of the Training
With this training, it is hoped that participants will improve their skills in writing high-quality scientific articles that can compete at the international level. Additionally, this activity aims to build networks among academics from various universities to strengthen future research collaborations.
The training received positive feedback from participants, who felt they gained new insights and skills in scientific article writing. Moving forward, the Postgraduate Program at UNUJA plans to continue organizing similar activities to support academic development and enhance the quality of research in Indonesia.
