Postgraduate Lecturer at Universitas Nurul Jadid Ranks Among the Top 10 Best Researchers in the SINTA Index

Tuesday | January 14, 2025 – Universitas Nurul Jadid (UNUJA) has once again proven itself as a leading institution in research and community service. Two postgraduate lecturers from UNUJA have successfully made it to the Top 10 Best Researchers list, as ranked by the Science and Technology Index (SINTA), a national ranking system developed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.

Dr. H. Hasan Baharun, M.Pd., a postgraduate lecturer at UNUJA, achieved first place with the highest score of 628. Meanwhile, his colleague, Dr. Nur Asiyah, M.Pd., secured the fifth position with a score of 289. This achievement is a source of pride not only for UNUJA's postgraduate program but also for the entire academic community at Universitas Nurul Jadid.

The SINTA ranking serves as a benchmark for academic productivity in Indonesia. It evaluates academic performance based on scientific publications, citation indexes, and contributions to community service. The success of these two lecturers reflects UNUJA's commitment to producing high-quality research that has a positive impact on society.

The announcement of the Top 10 Best Researchers (3 years) was made through SINTA’s official platform. The outstanding achievements of Dr. Hasan Baharun and Dr. Nur Asiyah result from their dedication to producing relevant and innovative scientific publications and their active involvement in community service activities.

In addition to these two postgraduate lecturers, the full list of UNUJA's Top 10 Best Researchers includes; (1) Dr. H. Hasan Baharun, M.Pd. – Islamic Education Management (S2) with a score of 628, (2) Fathor Rozi – Islamic Religious Education (S2) with a score of 411, (3) M. Syafii – Information Technology (S1) with a score of 323, (4) Abu Tholib – Informatics Engineering (S1) with a score of 312, (5) Dr. Nur Asiyah, M.Pd. – Islamic Religious Education (S2) with a score of 289, (6) Moh. Rofiki – Islamic Education Management (S1) with a score of 281, (7) Sulistiyanto – Electrical Engineering (S1) with a score of 279, (8) Moch. Ainol Yaqin – Informatics Engineering (S1) with a score of 272, (9) Faizatul Widat – Elementary School Teacher Education (S1) with a score of 260, (10) Zainol Fajri – Early Childhood Islamic Education (S1) with a score of 238

Dr. H. Akmal Mundiri, M.Pd., Director of UNUJA's Postgraduate Program, expressed that this achievement serves as a motivation for all lecturers to enhance the quality and quantity of their research. “This is just the beginning of a greater journey to establish UNUJA as a center of excellence in research,” he remarked.

UNUJA Rector, KH. Abd Hamid Wahid, M.Ag., also commended the lecturers' hard work. “This achievement reflects innovation and real contributions to science. We hope that this success will bring positive impacts, not only to UNUJA but also to society at large,” he stated.
