Prof. H. Hepni Encourages Mindset Transformation and Improvement of Service Quality.

Probolinggo, December 17, 2023 - On Sunday, December 17, 2023, the Graduate Program of Universitas Nurul Jadid held a Guest Lecture at the Auditorium of the Universitas Nurul Jadid Faculty Guest House. The event was attended by numerous students, faculty, and academic community members of Universitas Nurul Jadid who were enthusiastic about listening to the guest speaker, Prof. Dr. H. Hepni, S.Ag., M.M., CPEM, from Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Islamic State University Jember (UIN KHAS Jember).

Prof. Dr. H. Hepni, who also serves as the Rector of UIN KHAS Jember, was the main speaker at this event. He shared his views on the importance of transforming mindsets towards a better direction, in accordance with Islamic teachings. In his presentation, Prof. Hepni emphasized the need to strengthen the quality of services in every aspect of institutional and organizational activities.

In this context, Prof. Hepni provided concrete examples related to enhancing service quality, particularly in the realms of institution and organization. He explained that mindset changes and improvements in service quality are highly relevant to addressing increasingly complex global challenges. According to him, enhancing service quality is not just an obligation, but also the key to success in facing global competition.

As a scholar and university leader, Prof. Hepni also shared effective strategies for strengthening services to succeed in global competition. He emphasized the importance of innovation, human resource development, and adaptation to technological advancements as essential steps in advancing institutional services.

This Guest Lecture not only provided new insights for students and faculty of Universitas Nurul Jadid but also served as a platform for discussing ideas and experiences between the two different universities. This exchange of thoughts is expected to enrich knowledge and motivate the entire academic community in facing future challenges.
