Reputable International Journal Training with AI Scholar Foundation

Paiton, May 26, 2024 – The Reputable International Journal Training was successfully held at the Mini Hall of PP. Nurul Jadid, Paiton, from May 26 to 28, 2024. This event was organized to enhance the skills of lecturers in writing and publishing scientific articles in reputable international journals. The training was attended by lecturers from the Postgraduate Program of Nurul Jadid University (UNUJA).

As a speaker, Prof. Dr. Irwan Abdullah, M.A., a professor from Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta and a member of the AI Scholar Foundation team, provided invaluable material. In his presentation, Prof. Dr. Irwan Abdullah discussed various strategies and techniques for effective scientific article writing, as well as how to choose reputable journals for publication. He also shared tips on how to increase the chances of acceptance for articles in international journals.

The event was opened with remarks from the Rector of Nurul Jadid University, KH. Abd. Hamid Wahid, M.Ag., who emphasized the importance of this training in improving the academic quality of lecturers and the institution. He expressed his hope that the lecturers could take advantage of this opportunity to enhance their writing skills and bring honor to UNUJA on the international stage.

The Director of the Postgraduate Program at Nurul Jadid University, Dr. H. Hasan Baharun, M.Pd., also delivered a speech, highlighting the significance of international publications in the academic career development of lecturers. Dr. Hasan Baharun reaffirmed the commitment of the UNUJA Postgraduate Program to continue supporting and facilitating activities that can enhance lecturers' competencies.

The training took place over three days, from May 26 to 28, 2024, featuring various sessions that included interactive discussions, writing exercises, and article evaluations. The lecturers were very enthusiastic about the training, with many stating that they gained new insights and were motivated to immediately apply what they learned to their article writing.
