Universitas Nurul Jadid Holds Academic Potential Written Test and TOEFL/TOAFL for 2023/2024 Admissions

Monday, September 4, 2023 - Today, the Graduate School of Universitas Nurul Jadid held the Academic Potential Written Test and TOEFL/TOAFL as part of the new student admission requirements. This event was conducted in person in the classrooms of Universitas Nurul Jadid, with a total of 149 participants.

The Academic Potential Written Test is a crucial component in the selection process for new students at the Graduate School of Universitas Nurul Jadid. This test is designed to assess the academic abilities of prospective students across various disciplines they are interested in. With 149 participants, the university noted a high level of enthusiasm from candidates eager to pursue advanced studies at the Graduate School.

In addition to the Academic Potential Test, participants also took the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) and TOAFL (Test of Arabic as a Foreign Language). The TOEFL measures the participants' ability to communicate in English, which is essential in the context of international studies. Meanwhile, the TOAFL assesses proficiency in Arabic, which can be a valuable asset for studies related to the Arabic language and Islamic studies.

The Rector of Universitas Nurul Jadid, KH. Abd. Hamid Wahid, M.Ag., welcomed the test participants and gave a brief opening speech before the tests commenced. He reminded participants of the importance of these tests in preparing them for advanced studies and providing opportunities to enhance their academic and foreign language skills.
