Universitas Nurul Jadid: RTM Assistance by LPPM for Improving Management Quality

Paiton, Thursday, November 30, 2023 - In order to promote the improvement of educational management quality, the Institute for Supervision and Quality Assurance (LPPM) of Universitas Nurul Jadid participated in providing assistance during the Management Review Meeting (RTM) at the level of Study Program Managers. This event took place with great enthusiasm in the meeting room of the Postgraduate Program at Universitas Nurul Jadid.

Present at the event were the Head of LPPM, Moh. Furqan, M.Kom., who participated alongside the Director of the Postgraduate Program, Dr. H. Hasan Baharun, M.Pd. Their presence provided significant support for Universitas Nurul Jadid's efforts to optimize the educational management system.

The Management Review Meeting involved key stakeholders, such as the Head of the S2 PAI Program, Dr. Umar Manshur, MA, and the Head of the S2 MPI Program, Dr. H. Akmal Mundiri, M.Pd. Their participation ensured that various aspects of program management were carefully considered and integrated.

Moh. Furqan, as the Head of LPPM, stated, "This RTM assistance is a concrete step to ensure that program management is at an optimal quality level. Collaboration among institutions within Universitas Nurul Jadid is crucial in achieving the desired excellence standards."

Dr. H. Hasan Baharun, M.Pd., the Director of the Postgraduate Program, added, "RTM provides an opportunity for program managers to reflect, evaluate, and identify areas for improvement in management. The cooperation between LPPM and the Postgraduate Program strengthens the foundation of quality at Universitas Nurul Jadid as a whole."

The academic community of the Postgraduate Program at Universitas Nurul Jadid also contributed valuable input for the development of educational management. Their involvement ensured that both academic perspectives and the policies of Universitas Nurul Jadid were comprehensively taken into account.

With this RTM assistance, it is hoped that the implementation of the proposed improvements will have a significant positive impact on the quality of program management at Universitas Nurul Jadid, reinforcing its position as an excellent and innovative educational institution.
