Paiton, May 27, 2025 — The spirit of building a high-quality and impactful campus was once again demonstrated by Nurul Jadid University (UNUJA). Through the University's Supervision and Quality Assurance Agency (LPPM), UNUJA organized a Field Audit of the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) for the Technical Implementation Units (UPT), along with an Asset Verification in the Postgraduate environment. This activity is not merely an annual routine, but a strategic step to ensure the quality and proper governance of both assets and academic services.
The atmosphere at the Postgraduate School that day was serious yet full of enthusiasm. The activity was officially opened by Dr. Ahmad Sahidah, Ph.D., Head of the Supervision Division at UNUJA. In his opening remarks, he highlighted the importance of this activity as part of strengthening the internal quality assurance system.
“An audit is not just about correction, but a healthy space for evaluation. It is part of our commitment to continuously grow and improve,” he stated during the opening.
The audit was carried out directly by Moh. Fakhri Siddiqi, M.Akun., an internal auditor from LPPM, who reviewed various quality documents and inspected the actual condition of the assets owned by the Postgraduate School. This process aimed to evaluate the implementation in the field against the university’s quality standards while ensuring that all assets were properly recorded and managed.
This activity was attended by key stakeholders from the Postgraduate community, including; Dr. Umar Manshur, M.A., Head of the Master’s Program in Islamic Religious Education (PAI), Dr. Abu Hasan Agus R., M.Pd.I., Head of the Master’s Program in Islamic Education Management (MPI), the Head of Postgraduate Administration, along with teams from the Academic and Student Affairs Division (BAK) and the General Administration Division (BAU).
Dr. H. Akmal Mundiri, M.Pd., Director of the UNUJA Postgraduate School, warmly welcomed the audit activity and expressed his appreciation. According to him, this initiative plays a crucial role in building a more orderly and accountable institutional ecosystem.
“We fully support this activity—not only to organize assets and administrative systems but also to establish a more structured and sustainable postgraduate management,” he explained.
Furthermore, he also addressed the upcoming challenges in realizing the Impactful Campus Program. In this era of digital transformation and competitive higher education, the Postgraduate School must be not only academically excellent but also strong in governance and service delivery. The audit and asset verification serve as the initial foundation in achieving that direction.
“We want to ensure that every lecturer, staff member, and student experiences the tangible benefits of this quality improvement. A well-organized environment will greatly support a comfortable and effective learning process,” he added.
This activity stands as a clear symbol that quality and impact do not stem solely from grand efforts, but are built upon small, consistent, and earnest actions.
With a spirit of collaboration and transparency, the UNUJA Postgraduate School continues to move forward—weaving order, strengthening quality, and advancing toward a truly impactful campus.
